Every doctor recommends drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day. But have you ever wondered what can be the logic behind this? And why does everyone keep on saying that you should drink water, a lot of it, each day? There are multiple reasons on why everyone should drink at least 2 liters of water.

Our body is around 60% water and it is important that this percentage is always maintained by drinking water regularly. Drinking water helps to regulate the body’s temperature through sweating.
