AMC TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  1. Under this Annual Maintenance Contract OKAYA POWER PVT. LTD., Udyog Nagar, Rohtak Road, New Delhi - 110041(India) Ph; 01147451500, undertakes to maintain your NASAKA Water Purifier in satisfactory working condition.
  2. The Contract covers 2 times visit of service engineer when required in the event of any break down of the purifier on receipt of complaint from the customer.
  3. All Electrical, Mechanical and consumables parts shall be covered free repair/replacement, if found necessary as per terms.

PLATINUM AMC (Rs.4,900/-)

  • Free repair/replacement, every-time on electrical parts and one time on RO membrane/consumable parts.
  • Service/visit charges not applicable.

GOLD AMC (Rs.4,200/-)

  • Only one time free repair/replacement on electrical parts and RO membrane/consumable parts.
  • 20% Discount on second time of electrical parts and RO membrane/consumable parts.
  • Service/visit charges not applicable.

SILVER AMC (Rs.3,700/-)

  • Only one time free repair/replacement on electrical parts/consumable parts. (Exclude RO membrane, booster pump, SMPS and mineral cartage)
  • 20% Discount on RO membrane, booster pump, SMPS and mineral cartage only one time.
  • 15% Discount in ≥ 2nd time replacement on electrical parts and RO membrane/consumable parts.
  • Service/visit charges not applicable.

SEASONAL AMC (Rs.2,000/-)

  • 20% Discount on RO membrane, booster pump, SMPS and mineral cartage only one time.
  • 15% Discount in ≥ 2nd time replacement on RO membrane, booster pump, SMPS and mineral cartage.
  • Service/visit charges not applicable.
  1. The rate of Annual Contract charge will be paid including 12.36% Service Tax.
  2. In case AMC HAS NOT BEEN RENEWED WITHIN ONE MONTH OF EXPIRY THEN CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO PAY Rs. 250/- as service charge + cost of spares, if any.
  3. Contract charges are payable in advance by cash or demand draft drawn in favor of OKAYA POWER PVT. LTD. shall be realized before the commencements of the contract period.
  4. In case of change of address we will be happy to assist you with installation at new address if possible on a nominal charge of Rs. 500/- Please check about such possibility at our call center, In any case kindly register your new address at our call centre for uninterrupted after sales services.
  5. The contract is not transferable in the event of resale /gift to any other person .Also we will not be able to refund the money before expiry of AMC Period once the contract is taken.
  6. NASAKA will not be responsible / liable for any defect arising from misuse, negligence, accident, fire, floods and damage caused during shifting or transportation.
  7. Renewal of this contract after its expiry will be at the sole discretion of the company and will depend upon model/age of the products.
  8. No employee or business partner of NASAKA has any authorityto waive or vary any of the terms of this contract.
  9. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
